Episode 4: WTF is really going on?!

This week’s episode is a mixed bag of topics, ranging from thoughts on the recent abortion ban, eating with a chronic illness, and occupying stolen land. It’s been a long 4-ish weeks, so join in as I dive into my most recent tiny thoughts!

 

This week’s reflection question: What does community mean to you? I challenge you to connect with someone from your community and love on them, however that may look like. We need community care, especially in these trying times!
